  1. I was also on the same tour with PaleGale and was very disappointed with the Sud Aventures Tours excursion and would certainly not recommend this company.

  2. My husband and were on the same Agadir tour excursion as PaleGale and want to confirm that her assessment of our tour experience is 100% accurate. Sud aventures completely ignored the agreed upon itinerary and did not provide the tour we contracted for. We would never trust or recommend Sud Aventures Tours.

  3. My wife and I were on a day tour booked to leave from a cruise ship that docked at Agradir. Sud Aventures was the tour provider and we found the service to be exceptionally poor.
Our mini bus was late arriving at the ship, dingy and uncomfortable. Our tour of Taroudant was not the “city tour” described by the company. Instead we endured an uncomfortable bus ride to an oil sales shop in Taroudant where we were basically encouraged to buy the products. We had a short stop at a city wall which was uninspiring and we had no idea what the wall was (since it appeared to be an off shoot of the main city walls. We were not given the history of the city or information about the history of the country. We had a really quick trip to the market where the guide took us to a fairly expensive shop. We indicated that we wanted free time to wander about and explore the market on our own but time wise, we were severely restricted and the market was closing as it was lunch time.

As for our Agradir tour, it was not so much a tour as it was a drive into the city up the hill for a photo op and then back to the ship.

This was not the promised tour and not worth the money we paid. If the company had not insisted on money in advance (at the time of the tour booking), we would have had a payment dispute because we certainly did NOT get what we paid for and the company failed to deliver.
