This circuit allows you to discover the diverse landscapes of Morocco, the verdant North in contrast to the arid south, crossing the mountains of the Rif and High Altas, visit the cedar forests centenarians and explore the Sahara Desert of Morocco.

Day 1 – Casablanca | Rabat | Meknes


Arrive at Casablanca airport, the driver will be waiting for you. Departure to Meknes, visit the city, the tomb of Moulay Ismail, the square and the port Bab El Hedime Mansor. Night at a hotel.

Day 2 – Meknes | Volubilis | Chefchaouen
After breakfast you will start the trip to Volubilis, ancient Roman ruins, declared World Heritage UNESCO in 1997. You will continue the journey to Chefchaouen, one of the most picturesque cities of Morocco, known as the “blue city”. Chefchaouen is situated in the base of the shaped horns mountain, that is why it has that name.Time to explore the labyrinthic Medina where you can get lost and easily find your way back. Dinner at the Mohamed V Square. Night at a Dar.

Day 3 – Chefchaouen | Fes

Free morning to explore the medina and the souks. Departure towards Fes and arrival in the afternoon. Fes is considered the cultural capital of Morocco, the most imperial of all the imperial cities. Night in hotel.

Day 4 – Fes
Today you will go for a tour in the Medina, the oldest and most beautiful in Morocco, almost unchanged since the Middle Ages, declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. Its 14 doors lead us to a fantastic tangle of narrow streets, passages and alleyways around the mosque Qarawiyyin. Its university is the oldest in the world. Visit the neighborhood of the tanners and discover their universe from a terrace overlooking the laundry. Night at a hotel.

Day 5 – Fes | Erg Chebbi – Sahara
After breakfast, departure towards the Sahara desert, crossing the Middle Atlas. You will pass through Azrou, a small Berber village in the mountain, well known for centuries-old cedar forest and the monkeys that live there. You will also pass Midelt and continue traveling through the great valley of Ziz, and then Errachidia, a modern city, the administrative capital of the region built by the French. The journey continues to Erfoud and Rissani. Arrival to the desert late afternoon, dinner in a charming Auberge situated in dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Day 6 – Erg Chebbi – Sahara
This day is especially reserved for a 4X4 tour around the region, passing through some off roads of the famous Lisbon – Dakar, we’ll have a tea and see how a nomadic family lives, visit the village of Khamlia, explore the Oasis of Asil Habied and visit the biggest Lake of the region. In the afternoon, ride a dromedary to the bivouac, with a stop in the big dune to contemplate the sunset. Night in the bivouac, in a typical Berber tent in the desert.

Day 7 – Erg Chebbi | Boumalne Dades
Wake up early to see a unique sunrise at the top of the big dune. After breakfast return to the auberge. The driver will be waiting to start the journey towards Boumalne Dades. On the way you will visit the famous Todra Gorges, where you can see the most impressive canyon of Morocco, an ideal place for walking and exploring in your own. The journey continues along the fertile Dades Valley and the next stop will be the Dades valley. Along the way it reveals the reddish color of the rocks in deep contrast with the green shades of Oasis. It is a bicolor landscape, with two well-matched shades. Dinner and night at a hotel.

Day 8 – Dades Boumalne | Marrakech
After breakfast, departure towards Ouarzazate, the main Berber city, known for its dramatic mountains and desert landscape surrounded by breathtaking valleys.
Visit  the Kasbah Taourirt and if you wish the studios where some successes such as “Cleopatra” and “Mummy”were filmed. Continue to visit Ait Ben Haddou, declared as Unesco World Heritage Site. Formerly Aït Aïssa, the most beautiful Kasbah of southern Morocco, in part because of the interest that the film industry dedicated since the early sixties, where David Lean filmed some scenes of ‘Lawrence of Arabia”. Arrive to Marrakech late afternoon. Night at a Riad in the Medina.

Day 9 – Marrakech

Visit the famous Mosque of Koutubia from XII century, the Medina and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets, the Mosque, El Badi Palace and Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school. The Saadian tombs, relatively well preserved, are, however, one of the best testimonies of the season and one of the main places visited by tourists today. The Bahia Palace, built in the XIX century, is another mandatory script and one of the finest examples of Muslim architecture of the old imperial capital.

Day 10 – Transfer to Casablanca airport.
